Grady Matthews

Grady is continuing his career in the PGA at Fox Hollow after teaching at Optimal Performance Golf this winter.  Playing his college golf at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, he was a 4-year starter, 2 time All-Conference, and was ranked as an individual as high at #41 nationally. Throughout his collegiate playing career, he worked as an assistant to the golf shop and cart staff at The Course at Sewanee. During the summers, he worked as an assistant at North Ridge CC and caddied for top junior golfers in the US Kid's World Championships in his home state of North Carolina. The 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic delayed an opportunity to begin his teaching career under Rob Akins in Memphis, TN, but after four years in building product sales, Grady's passion for the game of golf led him to rejoin the golf instruction business. He is dedicated to continuing to teach and compete at a high level and would love to help you improve your game.
