Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Tee Time Reservations:

    • All tee time reservations are subject to availability.

    • Tee times must be booked in advance through our online booking platform or via calling the pro shop.

    • Changes or cancellations to tee time reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

    • Refunds for tee time reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tee time will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

    • In the event of course closures due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide rain checks or refunds as appropriate.

  3. Course Rules and Etiquette:

    • Proper golf attire is required at all times on the course and in the clubhouse.

    • Golfers are expected to maintain a reasonable pace of play and allow faster groups to play through.

    • Repair ball marks, replace divots, and rake bunkers to ensure the course remains in excellent condition.

    • Keep carts on designated paths and follow all posted cart rules.

    • Alcoholic beverages should be consumed responsibly, and outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises and suspension of playing privileges may be enforced.

  4. Code of Conduct:

    • Respect fellow golfers, staff, and course property.

    • Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe including harassment towards employees, and damage to the grounds and/or equipment, may result in removal from the course without a refund and could lead to suspension from the golf course as appropriate.

  5. Liability and Waiver:

    • Fox Hollow Golf Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

    • Golfers assume all risks associated with playing golf at our facility.

  6. Booking Fees:

    • Booking fees may apply and are non-refundable.

  7. Privacy Policy:

    • We collect and store personal information for booking and communication purposes only. We do not share this information with third parties.

  8. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions:

    • Fox Hollow Golf Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
